Ruby is a three year old narrowboat built by East West Marine (now known as Whilton 44 Narrowboat) which has just come out of the water at Whilton, for its first blacking.  The Two Pac Epoxy paint which was used on the hull when the boat was manufactured in China has lasted extremely well and the hull was found to be in an excellent condition!

These pictures of Ruby show the hull when the boat  had just been pressure washed prior to it's re-blacking and show that even after three years in the water the eopxy paint had done it's job well.  Proof that the  workmanship on these Chinese manufactured narrowboats is excellent!
