Today I have been posted to our Wigrams Turn Sales Office, for only the second time since we opened this sales office over a year ago. The marina here is a lot quieter than our Whilton facility, the noise of the M1 motorway and the London main line railway (which my ears have tuned out over the years) is not ever present. We have a good selection of narrow boats here at he moment and I have just been down to confirm the HIN number on Linda’s new East West Marine 57’ Narrow boat, Lind....

It’s the glorious 13th and at last the lock gates are open so the large amount of narrow boats with new owners aboard that have been waiting to escape northwards out of the marina are all heading off. We have had a very busy weekend, continuing on to a busy week, with several narrow boats going under offer including Caroline, Abby Ann, Craigdhu & today have taken a deposit on Memory.  Spring is definitely in the air & the phone has been busy with customers looking to purchase a narrow boat.  I've said it before, but if you want to sell your narrow boat we would be very happy to come out and talk to you, with no obligation.  Now is the best time to sell as many people ar....

We have been very busy here at the Marina so our blog posts are a bit behind, I must firstly say thank you to Chris Durham for his reply to a blog posted back on the 4th January. In the blog it did state that he had grounded his new narrow boat Goldie, which I have to confess is not strictly true… The full story is that some individuals had left the lock paddles open on the first set of locks south (Stoke Bruerne) of here, this had the caused the pound to drop by a good four inches, hence....
