Four-leaf clovers are rare and are therefore considered lucky so wear one with pride today. Legend has it that Saint Patrick used three-leaf clovers to illustrate the concept of the Trinity (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit).

May be best doing this one off the boat!  Also top tip - Alcohol will improve your moves.

If you can catch a leprechaun he is honhoured to tell you where his pot of gold is hidden, but keep an eye on him he is liable to disappear if you look away!

Afternoon tea on the canal wouldn’t be complete without some cupcakes, but following the Irish theme make St Patrick Day green ones. Yummy!

Irish Flag
Ingredients:
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Crème

Directions: Pour the crème de menthe into a cafe glass or a cordial glass. Place a teaspoon on the back of the glass and pour the Irish crème slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the crème de menthe. Then pour the brandy slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the Irish crème.
