Congratulations to Mr Jonathan Duckett who is the winner of the November Wine & Windlass Competition.  Mr Duckett is the proud new owner of narrowboat 'Gotit' and he certainly did get it!

Six more narrowboats arrive on brokerage at Whilton during the last week;

Dragonfly is a 44ft cruiser style narrowboat built by East West Marine in 2007 fitted with a Beta 3 cylinder engine.  The specifications include four berths, Webasto central heating, Valor solid fuel stove, 3000watt inverter, pumpout toilet & shower.  There is a current Boat Safety Certificate which runs until August 2015 and it's hull surveyed and blacked in November 2010.  The boat is lying at Whilton Marina and is priced at £39,950.

Princess Jenny is also a 44ft cruiser style narrowboat built by East West Marine in 2008 and is fitted with a Yanmar Shire four cylinder engine.  The specifications include four berths, Webasto central heating, 1600 watt inverter, pumpout toilet & shower.  A new boat safety certificate will be included with the sale and the boat was blacked in 2011.  The boat is lying at Whilton Marina and is priced at £39,950.

Annabel is a 55ft semi-traditional style narrowboat built by Paul Widdowson in 2000 and is fitted with a Beta 1505 four cylinder engine.  The specifications include four berths, Mikuni central heating, Carabo solid fuel stove, 1500 watt inverter, Thetford cassette and shower.  The Boat Safety Certificate expires December 2012.  The asking price of £32,950 includes a hull survey and blacking.

Pamadu IV is a 55ft traditional style narrowboat built by R&D Fabrications in 1991.  The specifications include Two berths, Morso suirrel solid fuel stove, porta potti toilet and shower.  The boat safety certificate expires in 2013.

Ali-Vee is a 56ft cruiser style narrowboat built by M D Boats in 2010 and is fitted with a Barrus Shire four cylinder engine.  The specifications include Bow thruster, Eberspacher central heating, pumpout toilet and shower.  The Boat Safety certificate expires in 2014 and the hull was blcked in 2010.

Desire is a 57ft traditional style boat built by Mike Heywood in 2002/03 and is fitted with an Isuzu 33 engine.  The specifications include six berths, Reflex stove with radiator central heating, 1000w inverter, Thetford cassete toilet and shower.  The Boat safety Certificate expires in 2011.
