As it is the 40th anniversary of Whilton Marina being built, we are giving out free rock sweets that we have had specially made with Whilton Marina wriiten on them, they taste really nice and fruity too!

We are also running some competitions on facebook and twitter with some random crazy prizes that have been donated by Towpath Talk. So why not take a look at our facebook and twitter pages to find out more.  Our first crazy competition prize winner was announced on Saturday as being Melanie Hunt, if you know her tell her to claim her prize as we have been unable to get in touch with her.  The prize was a Hornby Locomotive diesel train worth £100 and a Heritage Waterways past and present magazine.  Keep your eyes peeled for our next competition coming soon to facebook and twitter.

Of course our Wine & Windlass competition is still running too and if you buy a boat from us any time during this year you will be automatically entered.  A prize is drawn each month and the winner will receive two bolttles of Whilton Marina branded wine, an engraved windlass and two Whilton mugs in a presentation pack.

Narrowboat 'Tobias' was added to our summer narrowboat sale today.  Tobias is a 50ft Traditional Style Narrowboat built by Colecraft in 1987. Tobias is now at Whilton Marina and is priced at £31,950 (was originally £34,950)

Two more narrowboats just arrived on brokerage are; 'The Ledge' a 57ft traditional style built by Liverpool Boats on 2007 priced at £42,950 which can be viewed at Wigrams Turn Marina, Napton, Warwickshire and Narrowboat 'Doris Alice' which is a 48ft cruiser style narrowboat built by Hancock & Lane in 1978 and can be viewed at Whilton priced at £21,950
