There seems no let up in the icy cold Siberean weather. 

We still have around 5 inches thickness of ice covering the water on our marina.  Nowhere for the ducks to go! and no way can we move any of our narrowboats across the marina down to the floating dock for maintence or survey work!  They say that  when the snow doesn't melt, that it's just laying around waiting for more.  Let's hope that's not the case and that it thaws sooon.
