My wife and I together with friends on two other narrowboats had a great cruise from Whilton Marina to Limehouse on the Grand union, Paddington arm, Regents canal and almost on to the Thames. If you have not cruised that way yet I can recommend it, particularly south of Milton Keynes, Tring, Berkhamstead, Leighton Buzzard and especially Cassiobury are quite beautiful. I wanted to share this arial photograph with you as the view is fantastic of Whilton Marina & the surrounding countryside.  With the M1 motorway in the foreground & a glimpse of the Grand Union Canal on the mid right of the picture.  The marina in the middle of the picture with our caravan storage facility behind and the railway embankment rising up behind the marina.Enjoy the view, until next time..............Sue
