Thule is a 2 berth, 57ft traditional style narrowboat, built in 1995 by Doug Moore. She features an open area with two side hatches and steps at the bow, a galley with sink, oven and hob, a central saloon with stove, a large storage room/workshop area with a fridge, the boat's batteries and the engine, a small shower, toilet and washing machine area and a boatman's cabin with pull down bed and stove at the stern. She was once a butty and still has the beautiful shaping and wooden rudder at the stern, but has had an engine fitted to her, making her perfect for modern use.
