Whilton Caravan Storage offers secure storage for over 500 caravans and motor homes and is based just outside of Daventry in Northamptonshire and is part of Whilton Marina Ltd.  The storage site has been established since 1996.

Whilton Caravan Storage Site is centrally located, 3 miles north of Weedon just off the A5, it is 10 minutes by car to M1 north and south (junctions 16 and 18) and 15 minutes from the M6 north and south (junction 1), allowing easy access to your holiday destination.

The site’s facilities:

  • Each caravan/motorhome has its own individual hard standing plot with plenty of room to manoeuvre.
  • There are two security check points; one at the marina office and the other at the entrance of the compound.
  • The site benefits from being enclosed by steel fencing, and also the canal, the railway, a stream and a ditch, making it only accessible by car at the compound entrance.
  • The site is protected by CCTV cameras that are monitored 24 hours a day.
  • Our security is outstanding and we enjoy a CaSSOA Gold award.  This generally means that you can get a discount on your insurance premium.
  • Two plot sizes are available to accommodate both smaller and larger caravans and motorhomes.
  • A complimentary wash down area is available, weather permitting and subject to health and safety precautions.

Whilton Caravan Storage Prices from April 2026:

£665 for 12 months on a standard plot (suitable for vehicles with a shipping length up to 6.4m/21ft)

£820 for 12 months on a large plot (suitable for vehicles with a shipping length over 6.4m/21ft)

Prices are charged on a yearly basis from 1st April. If you start your storage part way through the year, you will be invoiced pro-rata from the date you take the plot until 31st March and then a full year after that.  The plot will remain yours, and we will continuously bill you each April until you decide you no longer want to keep the plot.

Opening Hours: Access is permitted from 9am to 5.30 pm Monday - Sunday during the summer* and 9am to 5pm during the winter*.  We do require you to be out of the compound by the time we close, so please try to allow yourself enough time to get in and out before we lock up.
