The two slip ways are purpose built and are used on a regular basis by surveyors to conduct out of water survey. As part of the sales process you can book and pay for the slip way by paying a slip fee which covers the cost of getting the boat in and out of the water.
Slip ways are also used to complete out of water maintenance such as blacking, fitting anodes, or propeller repairs.
