As you may already know. Whilton Marina Ltd purchased Venetian Marina at the end of 2011. Since purchasing the marina we have wanted to invest in the marina's infrastructure. This week the ground work has started on site to remove the old dilapidated piers and replace them with new piers and updated amenities. The updated amenities are to include water, electricity and lighting to every pier. GJP Marina Developments Ltd are the contractors that are to carry out the pier renewal and the work is to take approximately 20 weeks. The improvements means that it will be inevitable that there will be some disruption caused to moorers. We would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused in advance, but we will try to keep all moorers informed of any boat movement that may affect them.
